Ainsley Lauer is a junior majoring in psychology and cognitive science. She has worked for the ATLAS lab and the PAD lab at Northwestern before her SURG project at the University of Cincinnati. With research interests in organizational psychology and positive psychology, she hopes to continue investigating how we can improve well-being for the workforce.
