Isabelle Butera is a Northwestern senior studying Journalism and sociology with a minor in gender studies. On campus, she is involved with student activism for Palestine, research around LGBTQ+ equity and her a cappella group. She has previously written for USA Today, the Daily Northwestern and North by Northwestern.
